The column marked "Grand Total all PEVs' is the total Plug-In EVs (battery electrics plus plug-in hybrids). 

"% Tesla" is the percentage of the total registered plug-ins that are Teslas.

The "County Rank Tesla" is the ranking by number of  Teslas in each county. 

The "Percentage" at the bottom of the table is the percent per Tesla model of the total registered plug-ins.

The "Grand Total" shows that Teslas comprise an impressive 56.8% of all registered plug-ins.
