Is the $125 fee per person or per couple?

Do I need to be a member of Tesla Owners Florida to attend the TeslaCon Florida?
No, but you must be a member of an official Tesla Owners Club. Registration for the event requires a code available from your club leadership.
Does the fee include any meals?
Yes. Food will be provided at the welcome reception on Friday, along with breakfast and lunch on Saturday. There will be an informal gathering on Saturday evening at a local brewery after the convention but food and drinks are not included.
If my spouse wants to come to the hotel but not attend the conference, do they need to register and pay?
The fee includes the meals at the welcome reception, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. If anyone wants to attend any of these meals they will need to register and pay the full conference fee, regardless whether they attend the speaker sessions or not.
My kids are [insert age here]. Do I need to pay the registration fee?
Kids five and under are free. All others will need to pay if they plan to attend the welcome reception, Saturday meals and/or the main event.

Will Elon be there?
No.
What about other Tesla executives?
We are working with Tesla on this, but we won't know until much closer to the event.
Live stream/recordings
Will the event be recorded?
Yes. We plan to make presentations available some time after the event on our YouTube channel.
Will the event be live streamed?
Not known at this time.

Is there any EV charging at the Radisson?
For all practical purposes, no. (Actually there is one Tesla Destination Charger). The nearest Superchargers are Rockledge (17 miles) or Titusville (22 miles). We are talking to the hotel about adding more chargers, but don't count on it.
Traveling
What's the best airport to fly into?
Orlando International (MCO) is 45 miles/45 minutes due west of the hotel.
Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is 25 miles south of the hotel, and has limited service from Charlotte, Nashville, Pittsburg and Washington DC,
Palm Beach International (PBI), Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Miami International (MIA) are between two and three hours south of the hotel.
