Tesla Owners Florida, in partnership with Tesla, is hosting the TeslaCon Florida & Club Leadership Summit. This will be a three-day event. The first two days will be open to the General Membership of all official Tesla Owners Clubs in North America, with priority given to members of the Florida club. The last day, the Leadership Summit, will be available only to Tesla Owners Club leaders.

General Membership Session

• The first day will be devoted to the check-in process, followed by a reception.
• The second day will include presentations by Tesla celebrities, experts, and influencers. Breakfast and lunch will be served on the premises.

The event will take place Friday, October 21 through Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the Radisson Resort at the Port in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The resort is near both the Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral. Following these events, optional activities may be offered for anyone wishing to extend their stay in Florida.

Attendance will be limited to 500 individuals. We may supplement in-person activities with virtual presentations.

Check-in & Reception: Friday, October 21, 2022

The plan is to have a reception on Friday, which would be open to both the General Membership and Club Leaders. You will be able to network with other members and leaders from across the country in an informal and social atmosphere.

Tesla Convention: Saturday, October 22, 2022

The Tesla Convention will last all day and will be open to both the General Membership and Club Leaders. It will include presentations by and panels with Tesla celebrities, experts, and influencers. We plan to serve breakfast and lunch on the premises.  We are still working on presenters, but we have tentative confirmation from Sandy Munroe, Brooks Weisblat from Dragtimes, Brian Jenkins from i1Tesla, Blake Fuller (Pikes Peak record holder) and others.

Leadership Summit: Sunday, October 23, 2022

The Leadership Summit will last all day. As in the past, this event is limited to Tesla Owners Club Leaders Only. There will be presentations from Tesla representatives (hopefully) and moderated, interactive breakout sessions among Club Leaders. We plan to serve breakfast, and lunch on the premises. Depending on arrival times, we will host a welcome dinner on Saturday evening for Summit attendees, and there will be an informal dinner on Sunday evening. Depending on how sponsorship goes, there may be additional costs for these two dinners.

• • Group tour(s) of the Kennedy Space Center, including transportation to- and from the Radisson Resort. This tour is NOT included in the price of the Summit.
• SpaceX Launch - depending on SpaceX timeline - there are no confirmed launches at this time.
  

TRAVEL/ACCOMMODATION

The event will be held at the Radisson at the Port. It is just outside Cape Canaveral on Florida's east coast. It is about 45 miles/45 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and about 3 hours from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Miami (MIA) depending on traffic.

There is no requirement to stay at the hotel to attend the event(s).
